What should we do if the CDR portal is down and we can't submit our report?

If the CDR portal is unavailable, submit the Sales or Inventory report via email to cvdata@microsoft.com.
• Use email submission only when the portal is inaccessible
• Do not delay submissions waiting for portal recovery
We can't create a profile or access the CDR portal — what should we do?

Report through the appropriate support channel with screenshots and wait for confirmation. Avoid repeated retries.
